Single Sessions


A first session will last 90-minutes and we’ll:

  1. Identify what is contributing to your discomfort;
  2. Create a plan to address your goals; and
  3. Empower you with the tools, knowledge, and resources to manage your transition out of discomfort (while knowing I’ll always be here to support you).
To make the most of your time, we’ll set up a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and the best options for you. If this package is the best fit for your needs we’ll follow the schedule below.


For returning clients looking for a new tool, experiencing a new discomfort, or looking to feel better in their body. We’ll:

  2. Move through a practice; and
