After 12 weeks of consistent pain you enter chronic pain, whether back pain, sciatica, plantars fasciitis, frozen shoulder, hip pain, etc. Once chronic, more sessions are needed to undo the dysfunctional pattern causing your condition.
Our goal in six 60-minute sessions is to:
- Identify what is contributing to your discomfort;
- Create a plan to address your goals; and
- Empower you with the tools, knowledge, and resources to manage your transition out of discomfort (while knowing I’ll always be here to support you).
Achieving these goals will require more time and attention as we undo a larger pattern and reeducate your body.
Typical Session Schedule
- Session #1: week 0
- 90-minute session
- Session #2: 1 week after #1
- Session #3: 1-2 weeks after #2
- Session #4: 2 weeks after #3
- Session #5: 2-3 weeks after #4
- Session #6: 2-4 weeks after #5
12-week program with 6 months to use all 6 sessions.
