Single Sessions

Just started feeling some discomfort? Want to simply feel better in your body? Need a quick refresher? This one’s for you.

Discovery Session

A first session will last 90-minutes and we’ll:

  1. Identify what is contributing to your discomfort;
  2. Create a plan to address your goals; and
  3. Empower you with tools, knowledge, and resources to manage your transition out of discomfort (while knowing I’ll always be here to support you).

Recalibrate Session

For returning clients looking for a new tool, experiencing a new discomfort, or looking to feel better in their body. We’ll:

  1. Discuss your goals:
  2. Move through a practice, and
  3. Empower you with new tools to reach your goals.
