Discomfort Package

Our goal in three 60-minute sessions is to:

  1. Identify what is contributing to your discomfort;
  2. Create a plan to address your goals; and
  3. Empower you with tools, knowledge, and resources to manage your transition out of discomfort (while knowing I’ll always be here to support you).

Typical package schedule:

  • Session #1: week 0
    • 90-minute session
  • Session #2: 1-2 weeks after #1
  • Session #3: 2-4 weeks after #2

You have 6 months to use all 3 sessions.
