Discomfort Package
Our goal in three 60-minute sessions is to:
- Identify what is contributing to your discomfort;
- Create a plan to address your goals; and
- Empower you with tools, knowledge, and resources to manage your transition out of discomfort (while knowing I’ll always be here to support you).
Typical package schedule:
- Session #1: week 0
- 90-minute session
- Session #2: 1-2 weeks after #1
- Session #3: 2-4 weeks after #2
You have 6 months to use all 3 sessions.
